Repairing, Refurbishing and Maintaining Used Telephone Equipment

Any component needing repair can be handled two ways.  An Extended Maintenance Agreement can be established for your business system hardware.  Our technicians itemize, in detail, your system hardware and we create a maintenance policy that suits your needs.  OR, you can bypass the Extended Maintenance and repair your equipment on a per item basis, and as items need replacing, we can provide replacement hardware.

Whether your company is under an Extended Maintenance Agreement or you simply have equipment for repair, Nucoat has the ability to service your telecommunications equipment.  Our extensive warehouse facility and trained technicians ensure that repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining your telecommunications equipment is effortless.  Our quality standards are the highest.  When necessary, we provide written procedures and samples for your approval.  Nucoat also offers the ability to track your equipment either through serial numbers or the use of UPC scanning to ensure that the equipment you send us is the equipment you receive.
